How do we get an account?

Opening an account is easy. Contact us and we can get everything set up. If you are a pharmacy you can make your order straight away.

My order hasn’t arrived.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived, don’t worry, call us and we will track down your delivery with Parcel Force.

We’ve received a delivery we didn’t order

If you have received a delivery you don’t think you ordered you can either contact your sales rep or give us a call.

How do I pay an outstanding payment?

The bank details are listed on our invoices. If you have any issues paying or have any questions you can call our customer services or send us an email.

Do you have minimum order requirements?

There are is no minimum order value but if you spend less than £50 your order will incur a shipping cost.

What are your shipping and delivery options?

All shipping is done through Parcel Force and is next business day delivery (Monday – Friday), and 2 Business days for the Highlands and Northern Ireland.
